Initial Consultation & Needs Assessment
We begin with a free consultation to get to know your goals, lifestyle, and design preferences while also reviewing your timeline, budget, and lot or property conditions. This step allows us to align our approach with your vision and set a clear foundation for the entire project.
Site Visit & Measurement (If Applicable)
Our team conducts an on-site assessment to take accurate measurements, evaluate the terrain, and study the sun’s orientation along with local zoning limitations. This ensures that every design decision is practical, compliant, and perfectly suited to the unique conditions of your property.
Conceptual Design & Layout Proposal
We present carefully planned layout options that reflect your style and preferences while making the most of available space and functionality. Each proposal is designed to balance aesthetics with practicality, ensuring a home that feels both beautiful and livable.
3D Rendering & Virtual Walkthrough (Optional)
Want to see your home before it’s built? We provide high-quality 3D renderings and interactive virtual tours that let you explore the design in detail. This helps you visualize the final outcome, make informed decisions, and feel confident moving forward with your project.
Detailed Architectural Plans
Once the design is approved, we prepare detailed construction-ready blueprints that cover every aspect of your project, from floor plans and elevations to sections, electrical layouts, plumbing placements, and more. These comprehensive plans serve as a clear roadmap for contractors, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality during the build.
Permit & Document Assistance
We assist you in compiling and submitting all the required permits and documentation for city or municipal approval. By handling the technical paperwork and ensuring compliance with local regulations, we save you time and prevent delays, making the approval process smooth and hassle-free.
Contractor Coordination & Project Support
We remain actively involved during the construction phase, coordinating closely with your builder to ensure that every detail of the design is implemented correctly. Our oversight helps maintain quality, accuracy, and timely progress, giving you peace of mind throughout the build.
Final Review & Handover
Before turnover, we walk through the house with you and check it against the approved plans: room sizes, door and window positions and the way each opens, the stair, the fixtures, and the finishes named in the drawings. Anything not built as drawn goes on a written list for the contractor to correct, and we check those items again before you move in.
